URGENT - To Preserve our abilities to listen to PRAISE 106.5

URGENT URGENT - CANADIAN Listeners We Need YOUR Help!
It has come to our attention that the CRTC is considering an application by Aboriginal Voices Radio to use the frequency of 106.3FM in the Lower Mainland.
If this application is approved, PRAISE 106.5FM expects that there will be significant interference with our broadcast into the Lower Mainland area, as 106.3FM is the frequency immediately adjacent to 106.5FM.

The CRTC is accepting letters and comments from the Canadian public. We want to continue to
broadcast clear messages of hope and encouragement into the lower mainland and we value your assistance in doing so. All letters and email correspondence must be received by the CRTC
by Monday, June 5, 2006.
So, to do this...
1. You must send a letter to the CRTC.
2. You must send a COPY of your letter to Aboriginal Voices Radio.
STEPS TO MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD:

THIS WILL ONLY TAKE 2-3 MINUTES. WE'VE DONE MOST OF THE WORK FOR YOU!!! PRINT THIS PAGE AS A REFERENCE WHILE YOU'RE GOING THROUGH THE STEPS ONLINE.

TO USE EMAIL:
• Click on “Email the CRTC” Email CRTC
• Scroll down about ¾ of the way down the page until you see “Aboriginal Voices Radio” in the middle of your screen.
• Click on the box “2006-65”
• Click on the box under “Application Number”
• Click Next.
• On the “My comments are in” field, click “Opposition”
• Usethe text letter information from the points below in your own words for your letter. Sign your name.
• Click Next.
• In the “Request to Appear” field, click “do not want to appear”
• Enter your personal information in the fields provided.
• Check the box “I will also be sending a copy of my comments to the applicant.”
• Review your submission, and if correct, click submit.
• Send a copy of the letter to this email address: gbuck@mccarthy.ca. Subject Line: “Copy of Letter to CRTC”
• Pray!

• I am opposed to the application by Aboriginal Voices Radio Inc . (AVR) for the use of frequency 106.3FM (channel 292C) as it may interfere with my ability to listen to PRAISE 106.5 KWPZ-FM.
• PRAISE 106.5 KWPZ-FM is a tremendous source of spiritual encouragement for me and my family.
• Please make every effort to preserve my ability to listen to this radio station.
